We ship our orders by UPS Canada (Standard Ground) and Canada Post (Expedited). We prefer quick, efficient and trackable shipping than less costly services in order to keep our customers satisfied and most of all, trouble free.
We ship on wednesdays & fridays after payment is completed. We ship same day whenever possible.
Our shipping fees are calculated by tabled dimensional weight rate. It, is a Flat table rate for 3 different zoned Canadian destinations.

Shipping - US Destinations
We ship with UPS (Standard Ground) and USPS (Priority). We prefer quick, efficient and trackable shipping than less costly services in order to keep our customers satisfied and most of all, trouble free.
We ship our orders once a week. In some cases, we ship our orders twice a week depending on the volume of orders we receive..
Our shipping fees are calculated directly by USPS and UPS respectively.

Return Policy
All sales are final. However, if you do wish to return your item the buyer needs to contact us within 3 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs regardless of reason for return.
We do not refund shipping costs, only the vehicle/object.
If the item seems to have been damaged during shipping you must keep the damaged box in order to file a claim with the transporter in question.
Only items in mint unopened box will be accepted and are subject to a restocking fee. Please examine the item carefully before opening it. We are not responsible for pieces being broken while handling or assembling.
We do not guarantee a mint box, meaning it is possible that the box has rough or banged corners, puckered windows and the like which does not affect the condition of the item inside. Please be aware of this before buying.
We always verify the quality of the product before sending it out. However since most products sold on this site are mass produced we cannot guarantee there will be no production blemishes or small defects such has small paint overspray, slightly curved machine guns made of rubber/plastic. Of course you should never receive bent propellers or broken whell axles which are guaranteed in this case.
You must receive a return authorization before returning an item or no refund will be given..
