German Fuel Truck 1:72 Scale fully painted diecast model by Hobby Master. This is a replica of a German fuel Truck used in North Africa.

These trucks started out as a two-wheel drive vehicle and eventually evolved into four-wheel drive. The 4X2 vehicles were designated Type S (S- Standard). From 1937 to 1944 approximately 140,000 of these trucks were manufactured in 127 sub-variants. By simply changing the body these trucks became cargo and troops transports, fire engines, fuel tenders, ambulances and more. Towards the end of WWII steel became a scarce in Germany so the cabs were made from wood and pressed card that were called “Ersatz”.

Features include diecast metal construction, realistic panel lines and surface details, accurate paint scheme and more!
